Should your jewelry fail, and examination reveals it was due to negligence on our part we will repair or replace the item at no additional cost. Due to the nature of some of our designs, it is possible to manipulate the stone from it's setting. Left alone, these settings should last many years.
Returns.Call before returning any item to obtain a return authorization number, otherwise the package cannot be accepted. For refund, credit, or exchange your item must be returned within 30 days of date received. Item must be in its original, unused condition, with no missing, broken, or exchanged stones and the finish of both metal and stone(s) is unchanged.
